About Melissa S. Williams
Marketing Coordinator
Melissa joined our team in early 2011 after graduating from James Madison University. She earned a BBA degree in Marketing from the School of Business as well as a BA degree in Corporate Communications from the School of Media Arts and Design. Melissa graduated with honors in the top 5% of her class and received Deans List throughout her college career. She was also honored to be invited to join Mu Kappa Tau, the National Honors Marketing Fraternity.
Melissa is originally from Middletown, DE and moved to Harrisonburg to attend JMU. She has grown rather fond of the town and its intimate community. Melissa joined the Good Wealth Management team to conjoin her deep concern for people and local families with her interest in business communication. When Melissa isn’t striving to understand individuals’ personal financial concerns she loves nothing more than serving in the community. She adores her time as a Big Sister for BBBS, meeting with women in her church, and caring for those at Avante. Her other hobbies include reading, hiking, road-tripping, antiquing, spending time with family, and going on adventures.
Melissa currently serves as the Public Representative for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockingham County and on the Creative Team for Aletheia Church.
