About Shelby Lopez
Client Services Coordinator
Shelby joined the LPL Financial team in 2004. Shelby is not only the friendly voice that answers the phone when you call the office, but she is also the “go to” person when the advisors are out of the office. Shelby enjoys the constant contact she has with clients and providing each with quality customer service.
Shelby attended Blue Ridge Community College before making the decision to move to Charlotte, North Carolina. Once there, she began working for one of the largest staffing companies in the United States. During her time in the industry, she was promoted multiple times, finishing her service there as the companies Branch Operations Leader and was awarded various awards ranging from customer service to leadership.
Shelby made the decision to move back to the Shenandoah Valley so that she could be closer to family. Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband Ricky, son Mason, and puppy Chase. They enjoy fishing, camping, and vacationing at the beach. She also loves to watch Mason play soccer and Tee Ball. She is excited about volunteering at Mason’s school with OPTSO (Ottobine Parent Teacher Student Organization).
